What's included in the Grow plan?

Grow is priced at $100/month and covers 200 return or exchange requests per month, with 2 user seats. It builds on the Free plan with features aimed at stores that are past the earliest stage, including Shopify Bundles support, returns and exchange tracking, exchange rules, auto-approval, shipping label customizations, and up to 2 logistics integrations. Extra requests beyond the 200/month limit are billed at $0.49 each.

What's included in Thrive AI?

Thrive AI is priced at $29.99/month and is built around AI-driven features rather than just higher request limits. Per Return Prime's own pricing page, Thrive AI is positioned to recover an additional 20-25% of monthly refund value through AI-driven exchanges and dynamic fees. It adds Intelligent AI Exchange Discounts, Intelligent Store Credit Incentives, fraud prevention, a dedicated performance dashboard, industry-level insights, and customer profile-based incentives, none of which are available on Grow. Overage on this plan is $0.79 per extra request.

What's included in the Scale plan?

Scale is for higher-volume merchants and is custom-quoted rather than listed at a fixed price. It supports 450+ requests per month as a baseline, 5 or more user seats (custom), and adds features not available on the lower tiers: custom integrations via API and webhooks, webhook and API access, a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), a dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM), and performance review meetings. Overage on Scale is billed at $0.49 per extra request.

How do the refund modes differ across plans?

Refund mode support varies by plan. Gift card, discount code, and store credit are available across Free, Grow, Thrive AI, and Scale. Bank transfer is available on Grow, Thrive AI, and Scale, but not on Free. UPI and bonus credit are available only on the Scale plan.

Is there a free trial?
