Return Prime and Interakt join hands to help customers return and exchange products via Wahtsapp chat

How does this work ?

If you have subscribed to Return Prime as well as Interakt, you can go ahead and enable the integration in the settings dashboard under the Integration tab on Return Prime.

After installing Interakt from the Shopify app store and creating an account, you need to configure a WhatsApp 'custom auto-reply' that triggers upon a specific phrase sent by customers (like 'I want to place a return request'). The auto-reply should contain a link to your Return Prime returns page.

Then, the specific phrase should be included as a 'list option' in the 'Interaktive List' that you want to send along with your Welcome/OOO Message. Once this is done, any customer who reaches out to you on WhatsApp, looking to return/exchange products will be seamlessly redirected to your Return Prime page!
